With Corfu’s majestic ambience as its backdrop, Juliana and Eric’s wedding became a celebration of style. The celebration continued at The White House Restaurant with a romantic seaside reception.
Corfu, with its regal beauty and idyllic landscapes, offers an extraordinary setting for a destination wedding. Couples can exchange vows in a traditional city church against the backdrop of a renowned landmark or at a quaint seaside chapel. Undoubtedly, the island offers countless romantic options. Juliana and Eric chose the picturesque Church of the Transfiguration of the Savior (Metamorfosis Tou Sotiros) on Pontikonisi. The bride arrived elegantly by boat with her family gliding on the gentle Ionian waters.
Under a floral arch by Rizos Garden, adorned with stunning white and baby blue blooms, the couple exchanged vows surrounded by their closest family and friends. Bridesmaids wore deep sea-blue gowns, enhancing the ambience and carried baskets filled with matching flowers. The groomsmen, dressed in sandy beige, completed the elegant colour palette.
The reception, a true highlight of the day, took place at The White House Restaurant, overlooking the Ionian Sea. A romantic design in soft pastel blues created an elegant atmosphere of warmth and intimacy. Guests enjoyed gourmet Mediterranean cuisine in a beautiful seaside setting.
