Travelling from New York to the island of Corfu, Ariana and Clay chose Greece as the setting for a wedding that exuded elegance and refined simplicity. The lush Ionian landscape and the tranquil beauty of the sea set the mood for their celebration. It was in line with what they wanted, quiet, intimate and sophisticated.
The preparations began in a charming private villa that also functions as an art gallery, while the groom and his groomsmen got ready at the iconic Imperial Corfu. The ceremony, dinner and celebration took place at unique Melambes Villa, set directly on the shoreline, where the sea lies just steps from the ceremony setting, creating an unforgettable backdrop for the couple’s special day.
The aesthetics and style, elegant yet relaxed, gave off a discreet sense of luxury. The groom, groomsmen and many of the guests wore classic black tuxedos, adding classic sophistication to the celebration. Ariana chose a minimalist chic bridal gown by Galvan London, while the bridesmaids wore delicate shades of blue inspired by the luminous tones of the Greek sky and sea.
Floral compositions by Rammos Floral Structures followed the same refined mood, with elegant arrangements of white blooms and fresh greenery that highlighted the beauty of the setting.
Τhe ceremony unfolded against the open horizon of the Ionian Sea, where sky and water seemed to merge into an endless view. Set just steps from the shoreline, it was a breathtaking scene accented by white florals and the soft movement of the sea.
