Beneath the golden Cycladic light, with the Aegean Sea glistening in the background, Jodie and Rock tied the knot on the iconic island of Santorini, one of the world’s most coveted wedding destinations. Travelling from Canada to the island they adore, the couple celebrated their love surrounded by the extraordinary beauty of Santorini’s caldera and volcanic shores. The ceremony took place at the breathtaking Cavo Ventus Luxury Villa in Akrotiri, followed by a seaside reception at Theros Wave Bar nestled on the dramatic coast of Vlychada.
The design embraced a palette of warm, earthy tones with a soft, natural elegance. The reception tables were styled with woven placemats, neutral linen napkins, crystal-clear glassware, and minimalist centerpieces made of dried florals and pampas grass. A look that was effortlessly sophisticated, organic, and perfectly in tune with the coastal surroundings. The bridal bouquet echoed the same natural textures and tones, with ivory blooms, baby’s breath, and wisps of dried foliage, complementing Jodie’s ethereal style.
Behind the flawless planning was Poema Weddings & Events, a Santorini-based team known for transforming wedding dreams into reality across Greece.
