Jenny & Paul - a destined summer wedding in Poros
Jennie and Paul chose Greece and the island of Poros for their long-awaited destination wedding. What started as a journey became a celebration marked by captivating natural beauty and the relaxed island spirit of Poros. They travelled from the United Kingdom, with their closest friends and family, to celebrate their new beginning shaped by romance and devotion. This was the second marriage for both, yet, as they shared, it was a wedding they long anticipated, a “yes” connected with love and the unmistakable certainty of having found one’s soulmate.
The ceremony took place in the lush garden of Xenia Poros Image Hotel, a seaside setting overlooking the Saronic Gulf with its incredible seaviews. Under a white floral arch, Jennie and Paul exchanged vows against the deep blue sea of Poros. The arrangements by Eternal Iris presented layered white compositions, accented with florals in soft tonal variations. Set against the sea views, verdant lawns, and aged pine trees, the crisp palette carried a soft, romantic edge.
The celebration continued at Seen, a beachfront venue nestled among pine trees which seemed to touch the water’s edge. As daylight softened into dusk, the atmosphere shifted from sun-kissed elegance to candlelit intimacy.
Dancing, music, and laughter filled the air beneath the pine trees, as candlelit tables shimmered in the evening light. The elegant reception slowly gave way to an exuberant party that carried on until the early hours.
