Maria and Jasper who reside in England – Maria half Greek, half Russian, and Jasper Dutch -were married in one of the world’s most iconic and cosmopolitan settings, Santorini. They chose Santo Wines for both their ceremony and reception, a distinguished winery and one of Santorini’s most sought-after venues.
The winery’s terrace, stretching high above the sea with a majestic view of the volcanic landscape, became a sublime setting for this romantic wedding.
Lavish Affairs, who planned and organised the event, brought the couple’s dream to life with an elegant, all-white aesthetic. Delicate roses, baby’s breath and soft greenery embellished the wide balcony, adding texture and refinement to the wedding scene.
Maria looked radiant in her sleek, modern wedding gown, and Jasper in elegant neutrals, complemented the relaxed sophistication of the occasion. Surrounded by close friends and family, their ceremony was bright, romantic, with the emotion of the moment taking center stage.
The reception that followed, curated by Spicy Bites Catering, highlighted contemporary Mediterranean flavors that perfectly matched the overall aesthetic. In the meantime, the atmosphere, joyful and bubbly at first, soon evolved into a high-spirited celebration.
